Trip Overview of Kulekhani Dam

The Kulekhani Dam is a rock-fill dam on the Kulekhani River near Kulekhani in Makwanpur District of Narayani Zone, Nepal. Kulekhani is stunning and panoramic scenery .Kulekhani is mostly famous for fishing, hiking, boating and trekking so it has a great prospect of adventure tourism. Kulekhani can be reached from Kathmandu mainly through two ways among them first, by driving on a vehicle through the Dakshinkali- Hetauda highway and second one is by hiking about 20 km from Naubise.

Dakshinkali- Hetauda highway is most used trial for a day tours to Kulekhani via vehicles. This Kulekhani tour package offers you exclusive experience. You will have an early morning drive for darshan of the Hindu temple named Dashinkali. After puja, you will have further drive to Kulekhani.

Trip Day: Early morning drive to Dashinkali for Darshan/puja/Pray and then further drive up to Kulekhani. Upon arrival we will take our lunch where different types of fishes will be on the menu. After having lunch we visit around Kulekhani dam, we can look at the turbines and we can do boating as well. After all we return to Kathmandu for overnight.
